Chelsea Internet System
Event requests can be made 3–4 weeks prior to Tuesday play. Cut off for signing up through Chelsea is Friday noon prior to Tuesday play. Pairings are done by our Pro and are posted on the TVLGA-9 Website.
First time users must register with the Tellico Village System (www.tellicochelsea.com). Enter your member number. This is your POA number followed by 1 if you are listed as the primary property owner or followed by 2 if secondary. Enter Golfer1 as the password (you will be able to change it later).
Chelsea Internet Signup
Go to www.tellicochelsea.com (bookmark this address for future use), enter your POA number and password. Click on Request, then Add an Event Request. Under Select an Event, select 9-hole Ladies for the date you desire. An additional dropdown box asks you to select your starting tee (choose Green or Yellow). Ignore the buddy list for league play—our Pro decides the pairings. Put your member number in the lower left box. Follow the instructions until you receive a confirmation number. Record this number. You will also receive an email with your Event Request number. If you do not get a confirmation number, your request was not accepted. You can make event requests 3–4 weeks ahead of time.
If you cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation number. To cancel (or add) after the Friday noon deadline, send a message to our Pro to delete (or add) your name. If you cancel on the day of League play, please call the appropriate course.

If you sign up, but are unable to play, you must cancel through the Chelsea system by using your confirmation number. Cancellations should be made by Friday noon prior to Tuesday play.
To cancel (or add) after the Friday noon deadline, send an email to our Pros to delete (or add) you name. If you cancel on the day of League Play, please call the appropriate course and email our pros.
